As a Production Operator, you will be essential to our production process. In this position, you will configure and run ASI equipment to transform the material into completed products.
Responsibilities
- Sets up, manages, and operates ASI equipment to transform materials into finished products according to specifications, procedures, and practices.
- Adhere to standard processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Attain optimal product quality by properly handling consumables, materials, and machinery, as well as conducting quality checks
- Keep equipment and workspaces clean and organized.
- Address urgent requests without prior notice while still ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Participate in cross-training within operations and maintain proficiency in all areas and processes.
- Comply with all safety, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Pay Range $18.50 hourly
Qualifications
- 1 + years in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in an ISO or documented quality system is preferred
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Be adaptable to work alternate shift schedules to accommodate customer demands during peak times
- Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
- Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary
Physical Requirements:
- The working environment is a production facility with a focus of safety and teamwork
- The role requires standing, stooping, walking, bending, pulling, climbing and lifting materials up to 50lbs, as well as exposure to various machinery and materials
