Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals for both Guest Service Agent and Porter positions to join our Front Office team. Both roles are guest-facing and service-focused, playing a key part in delivering exceptional experiences and anticipating the needs of our valued guests.

Porter Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests on arrival and departure, using their name when possible
  • Collect, deliver, and escort luggage efficiently
  • Park and retrieve vehicles where applicable
  • Ensure lobby, entrance, and guest areas are clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Assist guests with directions, amenities, and general requests

Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional, personalised service
  • Handle arrivals, departures, room allocations, payments, and guest inquiries
  • Promote Accor’s ALL loyalty program and assist with room tours
  • Maintain lobby and front desk presentation to luxury standards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Strong computer and systems skills; Opera PMS experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Accor’s ALL loyalty program is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Manly and surrounding areas for guest recommendations
  • Ability to maintain high personal grooming and presentation standards
  • Flexibility to support both guest service and porter duties
  • Physical ability to lift luggage and assist guests
  • Australian driver’s license required
