Qualifications

Insurance Account

  • Open to college graduates with no BPO experience

Travel Account

  • Must be a high school graduate, preferably with 6 months BPO experience

• Good customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules
• Can start ASAP


Note: for applicants falling under new K-12 Curriculum, should be graduates of Senior High School, however under the old (before K-12) curriculum HS (High School Graduates are welcome to apply. Education Proofs to be submitted at the time of Joining/Offers.
