The FID Interdepartmental Strategies team works with the onshore team to implement tools and business reporting solutions aiming to enhance business’ ability to manage key performance indicators, resources, etc.

This role will require the candidate to partner within various verticals of FID Strats/desk as well as other firm functions within Corporate Treasury, BRM, Finance and Risk Management groups to ensure Fixed Income solutions are aligned with the overall Firm’s risk management and technology strategy.

Role Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain tools and data analysis for FID S&T to analyse market behaviour, visualize real time data and client flows.
• Apply statistical and data science skills to financial datasets to help S&T in their decision making.
• Support the desk in their daily activities.
• Development of frameworks for various reporting and analytical tools.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong coding skills (Java/Python/C++).
• Good to have experience with SQL/ any RDBMS/ KDB/Q.
• Knowledge of statistics and data science.
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work thoughtfully and independently and manage multiple projects.
• Interest in finance and financial instruments
