<p>The DevOps Engineer works as an integrated part of a software engineering team with specific focus on facilitating and building automated pipelines for continuous delivery of the team's deliverables with guaranteed production-level quality and supportability.</p>
<p><strong>How will you make an impact? </strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Perform and manage application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, SRE, and Operations to ensure smooth deployment cycles.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot deployment issues, identify root causes, and drive quick resolutions.</li>
<li>Configure, maintain, and administer <strong>Windows servers</strong>, <strong>IIS</strong>, and related deployment components.</li>
<li>Work with <strong>GitHub</strong> for version control, repository management, and deployment workflows.</li>
<li>Create and maintain automation scripts using <strong>Python</strong> and <strong>PowerShell</strong> to improve deployment efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to deployment standards, documentation, and release management processes.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities and deployment optimizations.</li>

<p><strong>Have you got what it takes?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in <strong>application deployments</strong> in enterprise or large-scale environments.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>Windows OS</strong> administration and <strong>IIS configuration</strong>.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>GitHub</strong>, branching strategies, CI/CD workflows, and release processes.</li>
<li>Experience in AWS, Jenkins will be an added advantage.</li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>scripting languages</strong>, preferably <strong>Python</strong> and <strong>PowerShell</strong>.</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues across different application tiers.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive deployment environments.</li>
<li><strong>Willing to work in Complete night shift</strong>.</li>
