Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sie verantworten den gesamten Prozess vom Wareneingang und Qualitätsprüfung bis zur effizienten Abwicklung von Retouren.
  • Souverän managen Sie unser Lager, optimieren das Material- und Ersatzteilmanagement und stellen die Verfügbarkeit aller benötigten Komponenten sicher.
  • Die Disposition von Waren, die präzise Terminverfolgung und die reibungslose Organisation des Warenausgangs liegen in Ihrer Hand.
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Versand- und Transportabwicklung und gewährleisten dabei die Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften.
  • Nicht zuletzt sind Sie für die Auftragsabwicklung und die sorgfältige Pflege unserer Daten im SAP-System ebenfalls zuständig.
     

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Logistik- und Dispositionsumfeld; fundierte Kenntnisse in der Ausfuhr- und Zollabwicklung; gute SAP- und MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Sie arbeiten eigenständig und behalten dabei stets die Kundenorientierung und unsere Ziele im Blick; Sie integrieren sich gerne in ein Team und tragen aktiv zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei; Ihre Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität zeigen sich darin, dass Sie auch unter Druck zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert handeln
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
