Opportunity Details:
As a Program Clinic Nurse, you will focus on the 3Cs; Care, Community, and Compliance.
Care: Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA, to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.
Community: Engage your local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars in the community to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform of the resources PMC can provide.
Compliance: Contribute to the enhancement of the behavioral health program by providing insights and feedback on patient care processes, program development, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and community outreach efforts.
Requirements
What We Require:
- Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice - required.
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing - required.
- Associates of above - required.
- Psychiatric Nursing experience – preferred.
- Passion for working with Older Adults - preferred.
