Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
  • Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
  • Freshen apartments as needed.
  • Report repair issues as necessary.
  • Assist maintenance staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents.


Requirements

  • One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a clean criminal background and pre-employment drug testing.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
