About the Role

As a Residential Service Electrician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems and components in residential settings. Your technical expertise and customer-first mindset will ensure safe, code-compliant solutions and outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical issues including panels, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, and wiring. Install electrical systems such as circuit breakers, surge protectors, lighting, and smart home components. Provide expert recommendations and clearly communicate repair/installation options to customers. Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure proper documentation. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, company policies, and safety regulations.? Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of residential electrical experience. Florida Electrical License preferred (Journeyman or higher). Valid Driver’s License required. Solid troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Experience with Service Titan Software is a plus!

Physical Requirements

Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Work in varied environments (indoor, outdoor, attics, crawlspaces). Perform activities such as climbing, kneeling, bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, and handling tools. Regular exposure to live electricity, confined spaces, and weather extremes.
