BerkHR is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Temporary Mail Clerks in our Bethlehem, PA office. Gain valuable experience in a professional setting while being a vital part of our Inbound Mail team during the busy annual tax season! Your attention to detail and dedication will make a significant impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Temporary Mail Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in our production-minded environment, ensuring timely processing of inbound mail and confidential tax documents. Responsibilities include:
- Prep incoming mail according to written & verbal instructions
- Sort, collate & expedite large volumes of confidential tax documents
- Track daily work through time logs
- Maintain high levels of speed & accuracy
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start dates beginning Monday, January 26th
- On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
- Temporary assignment through mid-May 2026*
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Payrate: $12.75/hour
- Earn extra $1.00/hour with our attendance bonus!
- Pick up extra hours as we get busier in the season- up to 40!
- Casual dress code – jeans and sneakers welcome!
When: Now until March 12th! Tuesdays, 9 - 11 AM, and Thursdays, 9 - 11 AM and 2 - 4 PM
Requirements
- Must have excellent attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift mail trays up to 20 lbs
- Familiarity with a basic calculator and able to work with numbers
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- 1 - 3 months clerical experience desired
