What You’ll Do 

  • Support individuals with daily living activities (personal care, meals, recreation, etc.) 
  • Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth 
  • Build trusting relationships and ensure safety and well-being 
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle 
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry) 
  • Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
