Key Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding
Provide mobility support and safe transfers
Offer companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
Medication reminders (no skilled nursing)
Document care and report changes in condition
Follow the care plan and all safety guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma/ GED REQUIRED
Minimum1 year In-Home Care experience
Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia or PCA certification
Current CPR Certification
Current First Aid Certification
TB/PPD
Driver’s License/State ID
