Oakes Farms is hiring for all 3 of its retail stores in Naples Florida: Seed to Table (our flagship store), Oakes Farms Market, and Food & Thought. Seed to Table is a two-story grocery store in Naples, Florida selling farm-fresh produce from Oakes Farms. Featuring an in-store butcher shop, fish market, and full-service bakery, plus an incredible wine section and beer cave, 3 different bars, and multiple restaurants with different cuisines for dine-in. Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, providing assistance and responding to customer concerns.
Guarantees that customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately.
Ensures that the checkout areas are clean, safe and organized.
Must be knowledgeable in the various types of products carried in the store.
Expected to meet all work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.
Utilizes and maintains equipment as required by department; reports any equipment problems immediately.
Taking accurate customer food orders.
Effectively communicates our process for tableside food delivery.
Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

Must have the ability to perform basic math skills for counting money and to make change with all denominations of American currency.
Need to be attentive and precise, able to work in a fast-paced environment where they will be expected to switch tasks frequently to fulfill customer requests.
A passion for serving people.
Must be comfortable talking to people.
Able to work well with others as a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must have reliable transportation.
