Summary: The Inventory Control Analyst will work independently, and as part of a team, to support the purchasing and production efforts of multiple divisions while assisting them in optimizing their inventory turns, improving inventory accuracy and reducing aged/obsolete inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Approves purchase orders
- Creates part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Manages item master and bill of material tables
- Plans, coordinates, and analyzes physical inventories
- Prepares monthly reports
- Maintains vendor pricing records
- Utilizes and trains Material Requirements Planning and production concepts
- Develops and maintains product configurator software
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field preferred
- Advanced Excel experience
- ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
