Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Professional to support, maintain, and improve our organization’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
     
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals
     
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and security
     
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
     
  • Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and support requests
     
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates
     
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on IT-related projects
     
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and cybersecurity best practices
     


 

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)  
  • Proven experience in an IT support or systems administration role  
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems  
  • Familiarity with networking concepts 
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation  
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications 
  • Experience with cloud platforms  
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices  
  • Scripting or automation experience
