Pay Range: $12.00 per hour +tips

*Housing options available after 90 days*

The Bartender mixes and serves drinks to guests and Servers within the establishment. Accepts money and provides change, process debit/credit card transactions, stocks supply, clear tables while maintaining a friendly and professional image.

Essential Job functions:

• Greet guests in prompt courteous manner and thank guest upon departure.
• Responsibly mixes and serves drinks, according to the policy & procedure, for servers and guests.
• Clear off and clean tables after each use and make sure they are set properly.
• Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment.
• Maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlet.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Performs job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Must have excellent alcohol service knowledge.
• Ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ability to get Bar Card.
• Ability to prioritize and organize, uses time efficiently.
• Resolve problems using good judgment, displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, and makes timely decisions.
• Ability to work well with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of applicable local state and federal health and safety regulations.
• Actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
