Job Position Details: As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, your mission will be to drive operational excellence, financial success, and team development, ensuring Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill delivers exceptional dining experiences by efficiently managing operations, maximizing profitability, and fostering a motivated and high-performing team.

Salary Range: Up to $20.00 per hour depending upon experience

  • Achieve operational excellence through efficient management of day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Drive financial success by optimizing revenue, managing costs, and maximizing profitability.
  • Foster team development and engagement by recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring employee satisfaction and growth.
