About the Role
Nhiệm vụ trọng tâm
Nhiệm vụ 1: Lập hồ sơ huy động vốn kịp thời đáp ứng đủ nhu cầu phát triển các dự án:
1.1 Lập mô hình tài chính và báo cáo thẩm định hiệu quả của dự án đầu tư; Lập hồ sơ giải ngân vốn/huy động theo phương án được phê duyệt
1.2 Thực hiện việc thu thập hồ sơ cung cấp cho các tổ chức tài chính tiến hành huy động vốn
1.3 Thực hiện Huy động vốn từ các đối tác bên ngoài: ngân hàng, công ty định giá, công ty chứng khoán, tổ chức tài chính phi ngân hàng…
1.3 Rà soát các văn kiện tín dụng, văn kiện thế chấp liên quan đến tài sản thế chấp.
Nhiệm vụ 2: Hỗ trợ bộ phận liên quan các công tác sau giải ngân:
2.1 Hỗ trợ thông tin kết quả huy động vốn, theo dõi việc thực hiện đúng điều kiện tín dụng đã ký kết đảm bảo tính tuân thủ với các tổ chức tài chính
2.2 Trao đổi với các phòng ban để thu thập thông tin để lập/cung cấp các báo cáo sau vay.
Nhiệm vụ 3: Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
