Job Description

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Experience : 5+ Years
  • Hands-on exposure to credit, underwriting, loan origination systems (LOS) and operational workflows.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of new lending products and features across LOS platforms (Sales, Credit, Ops modules).
  • Identify bugs, workflow inefficiencies, or user challenges and communicate effectively to tech/product teams for resolution.
  • Prepare End-User Documentation including SOPs, manuals, workflows, FAQs, and operational guides.
  • Align product understanding with real-world use-cases across sales, credit, and operations.
  • Conduct structured training sessions (in-person, virtual, blended) tailored to different teams (Sales, Credit, Operations).
  • Reinforce learning through refresher sessions, update modules, or on-demand coaching.
  • Demonstrate features and simulate use-cases on LOS and digital platforms.
  • Liaise with Product, Risk, Sales, Credit, Operations, and Compliance teams to stay updated on Product specifications, Credit/underwriting policies, Operational workflows
  • Gather insights from the ground on adoption bottlenecks and fine-tune training interventions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Perform in-depth analyses of market trends, business needs, benchmarking, and deficiencies to provide actionable recommendations, strategies, and plans.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to RFP responses and business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums and events.
  • Write white papers, blogs, and support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, management, and development activities.
  • Work on functional specifications, use cases, story preparation, and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile projects to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
