Position Overview
Family Behavior Solutions (FBS) is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide clinic-based clinical leadership and supervision at our East Providence location. This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule and is ideal for a BCBA seeking part-time clinical work with a strong leadership support and a clici focused on compassionate treatment.
Weekly Hours: Approximately 18–23 hours
· 12–15 hours on-site in clinic
· 5–8 hours remote/virtual
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership for clinic-based ABA services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations for assigned clients
- Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to paraprofessionals during clinic hours
- Observe sessions (including DTT), ensure treatment fidelity, and provide in-the-moment training
- Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and adherence to behavior plans
- Collaborate with families, treatment team members, and interdisciplinary providers (OT/SLP)
- Support onboarding and training of new staff and assist with ongoing staff development
- Assist with behavioral crises and clinical problem-solving during assigned shifts
- Communicate clinical updates, concerns, and feedback with clinic leadership and the Lead BCBA

Requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- RI license or license eligible
- Experience supervising staff in a clinic-based ABA setting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
