The Impact: This position will be responsible for critical assistance to the sales organization to enable Commodity Insights to reach their financial goals. The role will include but not be limited to a combination of Account & Subscription analysis, Sales administrative activities & data entry processing to support the up-front new sale and renewal management process. Administer preemptive communication to Sales Reps to ensure renewal contracts are reviewed and reconciled prior to invoicing. Assist to trouble shoot all customer queries on invoices and product fulfillment.

Responsibilities: Support to Commercial Sales Managers(CM) & Business Portfolio Managers( BPM)
- Client Agreements:
- Implement process to standardize & create Exhibit B User List
- Create Exhibit C as needed
- Create hENR Order Form as needed
- Re-key to SA from the SF generated Order Form until the SA is automated
- Processing:
- Perform Opportunity product data entry for hENR as needed
- Implement process to review Subscription/Contract for consolidation at renewal & liaison w/ BPM & CCS to complete
- Create trial Quotes for hPlatts
- Process :No Change” CSM Renewals in OTC System
- Participate in the roll-out & implementation of the CSM Calculator to Quote Automation (pending release May 2023)
- Support CCS Team on processing hPlatts Orders as needed for New Orders, Renewals, Amendments
- Work w/ BPM to support the creation of the hENR Forms per current process & work with Project Simplify Team to streamline
- Assignment and Transfers
- Name Changes
- Consent to Deliver
- Entitlement Directory – Perpetual Licenses
- Data Swaps
- Renewals Preparation Support
- Monitor Delayed Renewals & create Extension Letters as needed
- Monitor upcoming renewals for MSA dates
- Monitor upcoming renewals for Product Changes or updates
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related education and experience.
Work Experience:
- 4 –8 years of related work experience or related degree.
- Experience in fast paced environment with Sales Organization a plus
Skills:
- Excellent written & verbal communication, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong time management skills
- Effective communication by having the ability to incorporate appropriate phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment that engages across all functions.
- Excellent ability to collect, analyze and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise presentations
- Ability to show initiative to improve all processes to further aid the Sales Organization & deliver a “Best In Class” experience for our Clients
- Highly proficient in systems (Salesforce, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong data entry skills
Language Requirements:
- Excellent English-speaking skills required (oral and written)
Work Schedule/Travel/On Call, etc.:
- Work overtime as needed during the month end close.
- Flexible schedule to meet important deadlines & regional coverage
- Occasional travel may be required
- Occasional work on regional holidays may be required
