- Execute and produce marketing and promotional materials across digital and print platforms, including ads, emails, web graphics, social assets, posters, flyers, signage, presentations, and other collateral.
- Prepare final production files with correct specifications, color profiles, file formats, and version control.
- Adapt and refine existing creative layouts for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining design integrity and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, video, and creative teams, including senior designers and writers, to ensure creative quality and alignment with project objectives.
- Manage production timelines and organize assets efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain brand libraries, including logos, templates, photography, fonts, and style guides with well-organized files and naming conventions for easy access for internal and external teams.
- Review proofs and pre-press materials to ensure accuracy and consistency prior to final production.
- Stay up-to-date with design tools, production software, and emerging digital formats to help optimize creative output.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
- 2 years' professional design and production experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
- Demonstrated experience preparing digital and print-ready assets with attention to detail and brand standards
- Portfolio showcasing versatility across digital and print media
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent workstreams while meeting critical deadlines
- Familiarity with pre-press, digital optimization, and asset management best practices
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, and Microsoft Office/iWork tools
- Basic understanding of video editing, or motion graphics a plus
