About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager (PgM) to serve as the Strategic Delivery Leader and Trusted Advisor for one of our most critical enterprise clients.

You will own the end-to-end health, growth, and value realization of a long-term Google Cloud (GCP) transformation program, ensuring that every project, workstream, and engagement contributes meaningfully to the client’s business goals.

This is a relationship-driven, strategy-oriented leadership role that sits within the PMO organization and works across delivery squads, Solution Architecture, Sales, and the client’s executive and technical stakeholders.

You will orchestrate program governance, benefit realization, stakeholder alignment, and working closely with the account team (Sales, Customer Success Manager) continuously identify new opportunities to expand the partnership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Relationship & Account Leadership

Serve as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (C-Suite, Business Unit Heads, Enterprise Architects).
Build long-term, multi-layered relationships across the client’s business, ensuring strategic alignment and program continuity.
Understand the client’s evolving priorities and help shape their multi-year cloud transformation roadmap.

2. Value Realization & Business Impact

Continuously analyze where and how our work creates measurable value; drive iterative improvements to maximize client benefit.
Translate technical progress into executive-level business outcomes, ensuring stakeholders understand “value delivered vs. value planned.”

3. Program Governance & Oversight

Own the program governance structure across multiple, parallel GCP projects (run by Project Managers).
Provide strategic oversight, ensuring projects collectively deliver the intended business capability, transformation outcome, and benefits.
Ensure PMs follow agreed delivery standards, risk practices, QA processes, and communication cadences defined for the program.
Run executive steering committees, quarterly reviews, roadmap sessions, and cross-project integration forums.

4. Growth & Opportunity Identification

Proactively identify areas for account growth, including new workstreams, capability extensions, and optimization opportunities.
Partner with Solution Architecture & Presales to validate needs and shape new GCP initiatives.

5. Strategic Risk Management & Roadblock Removal

Identify risks and systemic dependencies across the program; escalate and resolve roadblocks that individual project teams cannot, with proactively engaging the Google account team.
Align cross-organizational teams (Sales, Delivery, Architecture, Support) to ensure program stability and progress.
Act as the escalation owner for all strategic issues affecting the account.

6. GCP Expertise & Advisory

Provide insights into GCP architectures, modernization approaches, operating models, and enterprise cloud strategies.
Translate GCP capabilities into business value and transformation outcomes, not just technical features.
Guide stakeholders on cloud adoption maturity, best practices, and long-term modernization pathways.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

8+ years of experience in Program Management, Engagement Management, or Strategic Delivery Leadership in a consulting or professional services environment.
Familiarity with cloud stack (AWS, GCP or Azure) and its application to enterprise transformation (Data Platforms, ML/AI, App Modernization).
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive decision-making across business and technology domains.
Proven success managing large-scale, multi-project transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
Ability to convert ambiguity into structure, define governance, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Nice to Have

Background in management consulting, enterprise architecture, or cloud strategy advisory.
Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and its application to enterprise transformation (Data Platforms, ML/AI, App Modernization).
GCP certifications (Cloud Architect, Data Engineer).
Experience in value realization frameworks, FinOps, or business case development.
Familiarity with multi-region consulting operations (EU/APAC).
