About the Role
Responsible for consistent building of schedules based upon an element of time the constraint is being utilized Ensure that all production jobs follow change management procedures and document technical and operation procedures for reference. Responsible for the status of every line they schedule to include articulating all issues and when they will be resolved down to the lowest component level. Established and active employee resource groups High School Diploma or GED Former experience in scheduling, distribution, supply chain, inventory planning, bill of material, change control, new model launch, logistics, and/or FCSD Strong ability to interface with plant hourly, salaried personnel, plant management, logistic carriers, and production suppliers Strong analytical skills and quick decision making capability Need to work well under pressure and to be able to work under crisis management when necessary Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field Strong proficiency in ERP and MRP software systems Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus. https://fordcareers.co/GSRnon-HTHD This position is a range of salary grades 6, 7 and 8.
