About the Role

Trainee Specialist English and Writing Teacher

Multiple locations across Singapore, new branches opening!
$15-$20/ hour

If you have an interest in the English language, enjoy teaching, and want to make a meaningful impact on students’ learning journeys, we’d love for you to explore a part-time teaching opportunity with us. Try it out and see how you can play a role in shaping confident, skilled young writers.

There is also the possibility of converting to a full Specialist English and Writing Teacher role after 6 to 12 months, based on performance and fit

What You'll Do:

  • Teach classes with small group sizes of up to 8 students, based on our teaching materials as relief teacher across different branches
  • Support with marking

We are looking for students who:

  • Can communicate in English proficiently
  • Scored a minimum of A1-B3 for English Language for O Levels / A Levels
  • Local/ Private Polytechnic or JC students are welcome to apply
  • Age 17 and above
     
  • Are confident and have a positive learning attitude
  • Are responsible with a strong work ethic
  • Have a great aptitude for teaching and are nurturing towards children
  • Are able to portray oneself as an extension of the company professionally through one’s attire and speech
  • Can commit from July to December 2025 for 2025 Batch
  • Can commit from Jan to June 2026 for 2026 Batch.

Work Hours:
At least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend
Weekdays: 3pm - 10pm
Weekend: 830am - 630pm
