Digital & Technology Lead Expert - Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Within the Supply Chain / Procurement Cluster, you will:

• Be a key member of the future of the company helping to shape the P2P solution in the S/4HANA journey
• Be a key contributor to the Procurement Chapter, acting as Business Analyst.
• Lead and manage Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management related requirements.
• Design and deliver solutions as part of our Procurement platform roadmap and our digital transformation program.

Your key responsibilities:

• Run, Execute and deliver solutions in project mode (Design, Configuration, Set Up, Test and Solution Validation) including cutover, go live and hyper care. Address level 3 support for complex issues.
• Direct and clear interaction with key business stakeholders: gathering requirements, solution design and day-to-day communications.
• Commitment on delivery dates and high-quality performance.
• Contribute as business analyst to the delivery of improvement plan impacting the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier management functional domain.
• Work with Platform /Product teams to support delivery of integration projects.
• Stay current with Strategic Sourcing technology roadmap and propose strategic improvements

You bring:

• 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and Supplier management area with proven experience on implementations.
• Excellent functional knowledge on E2E P2P flows: Order flow from Requisition through to Invoice Verification
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier lifecycle management as well as Familiarity with other applications in these areas such as SAP Ariba.
• Knowledge of interfaces (APIs, RFCs, etc…) and integration with external systems.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions in a complex global solution landscape.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
