Airobotics is a leading company in the autonomous drone industry, developing and operating cutting-edge solutions that enable fully autonomous aerial missions—from planning to real-world execution.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and play a key role in building our teams.
This is a full-time position, based in our Petah Tikva office.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technology roles
- Conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn and additional platforms
- Manage the interview process: phone screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-up
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand business and technical needs
- Manage recruiting pipelines and workflows using the Comeet ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Own offer processes, including offer management, negotiations, and closing candidates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on tech hiring
- Proven experience in active sourcing
- Experience working with Comeet ATS – a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
