PetroApp is searching for a perceptive and analytical Group Total Rewards Senior Specialist to join our Group HR team. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and administration of our total rewards programs across the 4 countries, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and effectively attract, retain, and engage our workforce. The Senior Total Rewards Specialist will report directly to the Group Total Rewards Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Management
- Prepare the annual salary reports, including merit increases and bonus calculations.
- Conduct job evaluations and grading using established methodologies (Korn Ferry).
- Participate in and analyze salary surveys to ensure market competitiveness.
- Maintain and update internal salary scales and pay structures.
2. Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting
- Prepare the annual budgeting reports by forecasting labor costs, including salaries, benefits, social insurance, and planned headcounts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly budget tracking reports to monitor actual vs. planned spending, identifying and explaining any variances.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate monthly accruals for bonuses, leaves, and end-of-service benefits.
3. Administration Benefits
- Manage the administration of all employee benefits including medical insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs based on market trends and employee feedback.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Total Rewards dashboards to track key metrics like Compa-ratios, benefits spend, and turnover costs.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior management regarding labor costs and budget forecasts.
- Ensure data integrity within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
5. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure all reward programs comply with local labor laws (Saudi Labor Law or Egyptian Labor Law).
- Develop and document policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years specifically in Compensation & Benefits.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables, Modeling, Power BI).
- Experience with Job Grading (Korn Ferry methodology is a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (MenaITech or Odoo)
