Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and implement product roadmaps.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders to build a clear product backlog.
- Oversee product development processes, ensuring alignment with milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
- Launch new products or features and manage ongoing updates based on performance metrics and user feedback.
- Monitor product performance and gather insights to inform future enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a related field:
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Information Systems
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is an advantage.
Job Requirements
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably within Healthcare IT, Digital Health, Health Insurance enterprise software, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in the market.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
