ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating project management processes for various initiatives within the organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment while working closely with experienced project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date project documentation and tracking logs.
- Attends stakeholder meetings and prepares concise follow-up notes.
- Track project performance using reporting tools and escalate risks when needed.
- Follow up with internal and external contributors to close pending actions.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.
- Support adherence to project processes and documentation standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- CAPM certification or project management training.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with basic project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
- Understanding of project lifecycle stages and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling concepts.
