Warehouse Supervisor

Sealy Mattress Middle East is on the lookout for an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and that products are delivered on time. Your role will be crucial in maintaining optimal stock levels, managing warehouse staff, and implementing best practices for safety and efficiency. • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure a high level of performance and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and inventory status.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Male.
