About the Role

Elbit Systems is looking for a System Engineer with strong system thinking and technological orientation to lead the development of advanced C2 systems for international projects in the domain of border defense
The position involves end-to-end responsibility – from system design and specification to integration and operational implementation

 

Key Responsibilities


Define system requirements and interfaces
Design multidisciplinary system architecture
Lead integration and testing of operational systems
Coordinate interfaces with development, communication, IT teams and suppliers
Write technical specifications and engineering documentation

 

Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering and Management) – Mandatory
At least 2 years of experience as a System Engineer in multidisciplinary systems – Mandatory
Background in C2 / Border Defense / Military systems – Mandatory
Master’s degree in Systems Engineering – Advantage
Experience in leading teams or projects – Advantage
High-level English proficiency
