The NPI Project Leader will own the product lifecycle for a multidisciplinary product portfolio across international markets and lead all PLC projects ensuring stakeholder alignment. They will track and communicate key deliverables, risks, and dependencies while adapting to changing project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product lifecycle for a multidisciplinary product portfolio across the International markets region.
  • Bring diverse and globally distributed teams together to tackle complex problems and work towards closure.
  • Ensure proper communication and updates across regional teams and HQ functions.
  • Be an active participant in the NPI community by recommending and adopting methodology improvements into PLC processes to ensure proper launch, transition and EOS of our products.

  • Lead all PLC projects across the region and portfolio - ensuring all stakeholders are aligned: Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, Certification and more.
  • Track and communicate key deliverables, constraints, risks, dependencies and clearly identify critical paths while working with various teams towards a common goal.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, diverse project needs, and tight timelines.



Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Industrial or process Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a technical / project management role in a relevant environment - advantage.
  • Experienced dealing with hardware & SW products - advantage.
  • Experience in project management tools and techniques.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with a focus on execution efficiency and visibility.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, office suite, and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent English & Hebrew communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to:
  1. Build and foster strong relationships for knowledge sharing and cross-functional influence.
  2. Know when and how to engage each stakeholder productively.
  3. Translate product updates into clear, actionable messaging for sales teams.
  4. Translate sales and marketing feedback into actionable insights for product managers.
