We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication and conversion into sales opportunities..
- Track key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness, providing insights to improve sales processes.
- Engage with leads to understand their pain points, needs, and interest in the company's offerings.
- Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect interactions in Salesforce
- Test and optimize messaging, outreach cadences, and engagement strategies based on performance data.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with marketing on campaign alignment.
- Schedule strategic meetings for senior Account Executives to pitch our solutions
This role reports to the BDR's manager and compensation may land between 75000$ - 85000$ depending on-target earnings & experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of BDR/SDR experience in the tech, SaaS B2B companies.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a fast-moving environment.
- Understanding of the customer lifecycle and revenue analytics.
- Experience using Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other sales engagement tools.
