We are looking for our next Ruby on Rails developer:

Minimum of 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails in greenfield projects and maintenance.
Proficiency in relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL;
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus;
Experience with automated testing (RSpec, Minitest) and TDD (Test-Driven Development); practices is preferred;
Experience with Git and version control in collaborative environments (GitHub, GitLab);
Experience in creating and integrating RESTful APIs;
Knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning in Rails applications;
Fluent English; French is preferred;
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment);
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (New Relic, Grafana, Kibana).
