工作內容:

1.協助組織規劃及人才賦能發展專案。
2.協助規劃與執行核保/理賠/保服專業職能培訓計劃。

工作條件:

1.壽險核保/理賠/保服直接經驗3年以,具核保、理賠證照尤佳。
2.具壽險客服或教育訓練相關經驗,可獨立提案規劃及跨部門專案整合推動。
3.擅跨部門溝通,樂於接受挑戰。
4.具數據思維、邏輯分析及組織能力。
