Manager, System and Board Test Engineering

We are looking to hire an SLT (System Level Test) and BLT (Board Level Test) Engineering Manager who will work in Test Solutions Group at NVIDIA developing manufacturing test solutions for boards and system products. Through your leadership, HW and SW expertise you will guide engineers to drive towards solutions that translate to processes and methodologies that have long lasting impact. As a Systems and Boards Test Engineering Manager, you will explore the relevant areas of test, test automation and delivering high quality products to customers.

What you will be doing:

• Define manufacturing test solutions for boards and system products translating them to methodologies and processes applicable across GPU and Data Center product segments.

• Develop test strategies for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.

• Support the development of test content and solutions in Python.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to debug Board and System level issues, including HW Design, Quality, Software Development

• Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency.

• Lead and advise a team of engineers to coordinate a product line.

• Guide teams in resolving technical problems.

What we need to see:

• 6+ overall years of demonstrated ability with post silicon validation experience in Board or System related products.

• 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field

• Background with designing and implementing test plans for hardware products, including defining test methodologies, developing test scripts, and creating test fixtures.

• Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the boards or systems level.

• Experience with Python programming and bash scripting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
