Responsibilities & Qualifications

TekSynap is seeking a Cloud Security SME to lead development and enforcement of cybersecurity policies, RMF accreditation, and Zero Trust architectures for classified and unclassified environments..  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead Zero Trust implementation and security accreditation efforts. 

• Apply NIST 800-53/190 standards to JPO DevSecOps environments. 

• Develop RMF packages and ATO documentation for multi-classification systems. 

• Advise JPO leadership on cybersecurity posture and compliance risk. 

• Author policy, technical documentation, and user guidance. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related (Master’s desirable). 

• 10+ years cybersecurity experience, including RMF and ATO processes. 

• 5+ years accreditation in SAP/JSIG/JSF secure environments. 

• Strong familiarity with NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-190. 

• DoD 8570: IAM Level III or IAT Level III. 

• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret/SAP required for some tasks).

• Policy development & cyber documentation 

• NIST controls implementation & compliance testing
