What You’ll Do

As a Bathroom Installer, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, bathtubs, and surrounds As well as full baths!

• Ensuring all jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times

• Interacting with homeowners to ensure a five-star, white glove customer experience

• Working with the team to resolve challenges in the field quickly and effectively

• Protecting company tools, equipment, and vehicles

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a bathroom installer, carpenter, or home improvement technician (preferred)

• Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing basics, and construction

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn new systems

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Schedule
