Overview
Nakupuna Federal is looking for a Sr. Program Management Analyst to lead our team of talented consultants providing professional services to NAVAIR PMA-275.
Responsibilities
The following reflects management’s definition of key functions for this job and reserves the right to assign additional duties as necessary to meet operational requirements:
- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collect, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in NAVAIR Program Office support, specifically program/project management. The ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- ACAT-1 rotary-wing and/or turbo-prop aircraft mission readiness management experience.
- Proficient with using the AMS.
- Familiar with ACAT level programs. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBES.
- Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW and CDRLs.
Education and Experience:
- MA/MS degree and over 8 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description preferred; or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience allowed.
Location: Patuxent River, Maryland
Clearance Requirements: This position requires a SECRET clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation for this position is $125,500 to $142,500 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
