Russell Landscape is seeking a skilled Landscape Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients. In this role, you’ll focus on building relationships, identifying opportunities for enhancement services, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main client liaison, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to grow accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and service recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to schedule projects, allocate resources, and implement service plans.
- Track account budgets, labor, materials, and service performance.
- Maintain accurate client records, including notes, communications, and service history.
- Assist in upselling enhancement, landscape improvement, or seasonal services to existing clients.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in landscape account management, sales, or client services.
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance, plant care, and seasonal services.
- Proven success in sales, upselling, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
