Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customs Clearance team as a Clearance Administrator.

What you will be doing:
• Updating package tracking files with relevant information
• Contacting our customers and governments agencies to collect and provide information, related to shipments’ customs clearance
• Confirming pricing and making allocation of charges and refunds
• Entering shipment information into the systems
• Preparing and validating customs data and paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Helping to resolve clearance related questions and issues
• Working together with other teams at FedEx to make every customer experience outstanding

What do you bring with you:
• Administrative experience in a busy office environment
• Experience or working knowledge of key clearance-related principles, processes and regulatory requirements
• Customer-focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to make sound numerical decisions within tight time deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Microsoft Office and PC skills
