- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members

- Drive of operational efficiencies and an ultimate delivery of superior processes.
- Attending to Operational matters with regards to the business unit projects
- Assume accountability for all operations responsibilities in the team, including all infrastructural, compliance and system requirements
- Ensure development of operational practices and procedures of the business to coordinate the day-to-day workflow in and out of the business to meet schedule by developing methods to measure department performance
Relevant Support required:
- The PA will assist in Manco support, administration, travel and organization.
- Assistance in reporting and statistics gathering of information for submissions for the Product Head
- Meeting and event planning and co-ordination.
- Marketing initiatives and co-ordination with the product team.
- Private segment initiatives and co-ordination with the product team.
- Product administration support.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have an NQF Level 5
- Are forward thinking
- Are process orientated
- Have exceptional administration skills
- Have an understanding of Products within the insurance space – Beneficial
- Have an approachable yet firm in standing their ground within execution
