Are you someone who can:

  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer’s expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Enable team service delivery through implementing systems and processes for efficiency. 
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members
  • Engage with stakeholders in a professional way.
  • Drive of operational efficiencies and an ultimate delivery of superior processes. 
  • Attending to Operational matters with regards to the business unit projects
  • Assume accountability for all operations responsibilities in the team, including all infrastructural, compliance and system requirements
  • Ensure development of operational practices and procedures of the business to coordinate the day-to-day workflow in and out of the business to meet schedule by developing methods to measure department performance

Relevant Support required:

  • The PA will assist in Manco support, administration, travel and organization.
  • Assistance in reporting and statistics gathering of information for submissions for the Product Head

  • Meeting and event planning and co-ordination.
  • Marketing initiatives and co-ordination with the product team.
  • Private segment initiatives and co-ordination with the product team.
  • Product administration support.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have an NQF Level 5
  • Are forward thinking

  • Have exceptional administration skills
  • Have an understanding of Products within the insurance space – Beneficial
  • Have an approachable yet firm in standing their ground within execution
