About the Role

Job Description:

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.

As Product Owner for the Authorization Portfolio within Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will be instrumental in defining and delivering robust authorization solutions that safeguard the Bank’s critical assets and data. Your work will directly support secure operations across the entire technology platform and for many important business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for the Authorization Portfolio within IAM.
  • Translate complex authorization requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the authorization product backlog to align with security and business needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, security architects, and business stakeholders on authorization solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies for all authorization components.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, particularly authorization.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver security-focused products in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex security requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with financial services regulations and industry best practices in cybersecurity.
