Role Title: Data Entry Officer
Role Description: We are seeking a Defence experienced Data Entry Officer to support the Supply Chain Data Entry Lead in delivering critical cataloguing and codification activities within the Defence Maritime domain. These roles are essential for ensuring accurate data entry, inventory management and compliance within ERP systems.
As a Data Entry Officer, you will provide hands on support for cataloguing, codification and ERP data management tasks. Working under the guidance of the Data Entry Lead, you will help maintain data integrity, process cataloguing requests and assist with inventory and warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP systems for goods under contract
- Assist with cataloguing requests and creation of ERP orders for delivery and receipting into inventory
- Support codification activities, including NSN and NCAGE creation and maintenance
- Validate supplier provided data and ensure compliance with Defence standards
- Assist with obsolescence reviews and data cleansing activities
- Maintain audit ready records and follow established SoPs for data entry processes
- Provide administrative support for warehouse and logistics data integration into ERP
Essential Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Demonstrated Defence experience with SAP ERP (Warehousing, Inventory, Materiel Data Functions)
- Proven codification and cataloguing experience in a Defence environment
- Experience with Defence logistics systems
Required Security Clearance Level: Baseline
