Strategic Talent Building
- Proactively develop talent pools for current openings, anticipated needs, and mission-critical manufacturing roles
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates who understand the intricacies of production operations
- Translate market intelligence into actionable insights that demonstrate value to hiring leaders across our facilities
Business Partnership Excellence
- Collaborate closely with business leaders from start to finish—understanding their vision, co-creating strategies, and delivering talent that moves the business forward
- Build trusted partnerships across production operations, becoming the go-to resource for talent solutions
- Bridge the gap between business needs and talent availability with insight and creativity
Creative Sourcing & Partnership
- Collaborate with recruiting colleagues to innovate search strategies and share breakthrough approaches
- Assess candidate fit across multiple dimensions—from technical qualifications to adaptability in our dynamic production environment
- Leverage social platforms and professional networks to put Sensata on the radar of manufacturing talent
Exceptional Candidate Journey
- Craft meaningful, authentic experiences at every stage—from the moment candidates discover Sensata through their first day and beyond
- Make each interaction count, ensuring candidates feel valued, informed, and excited about opportunities
- Conduct thoughtful conversations that help candidates envision their future at Sensata

- Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience

Your Technology Edge
- Use technology strategically to accelerate hiring without compromising on quality
- Navigate LinkedIn Recruiter with confidence to uncover hidden talent
- Comfortable with collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams) to stay connected
- Interpret data and analytics in Excel to spot trends and inform decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with AI-assisted sourcing and screening—know how to prompt, validate, and optimize AI tools—or eager to learn and experiment
- Experience with Workday is a plus
