The Head of Pharmacovigilance will lead the Pharmacovigilance team and manage PV-partners, agreements, and audits. They will also support the team with various Pharmacovigilance tasks and serve as the QPPV for customer companies.

About the Role

We are seeking a new Head of Pharmacovigilance to join our PhaMe team in Finland. In this role, you will work with highly skilled international teams contributing Biocodex and contribute to a variety of external customer projects.

Key responsibilities:

Leading the Pharmacovigilance team
Management of PV-partners, agreements and audits
Management of PV Quality Management System
Support the team with diverse Pharmacovigilance tasks including safety case submissions, signal management, aggregate reports, and management of EudraVigilance (EVWEB, XEVMPD, MedDRA)
QPPV role for our customer companies

We expect from you:

A life-science or health related academic education
Advanced understanding of Pharmacovigilance requirements
Previous experience in similar areas / work
Previous experience with QPPV role is an advantage
Previous experience in people management is an advantage
A customer focused and quality-oriented mindset and a dynamic attitude
Strong teamworking skills
Effective structuring and organizing skills
Fluent English language skills
