In this role, you will manage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing channels, working closely with Account Executives to convert interest into high-quality sales opportunities.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be highly organised, responsive, and consultative in their approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to consistently meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage and respond to inbound leads from calls, emails, website enquiries, and marketing campaigns<br><br></li> <li>Qualify inbound prospects by understanding their needs, pain points, and business goals<br><br></li> <li>Articulate the CarGurus value proposition to dealers and address initial questions or objections<br><br></li> <li>Route qualified opportunities to Account Executives and ensure a smooth handover<br><br></li> <li>Demonstrate excellent prioritisation and time management when handling high lead volumes<br><br></li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas and key performance metrics<br><br></li> <li>Log all activity accurately and completely in Salesforce<br><br></li> <li>Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to optimise lead quality and conversion<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or lead qualification role<br><br></li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<br><br></li> <li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail<br><br></li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment<br><br></li> <li>Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented<br><br></li> <li>Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-sheets-root="1">The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.<br><br>Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.<br><br>This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package.
