About the Role
<h2><strong>ABOUT THE TEAM</strong></h2>
<p>The Rubrik Sizing team, part of Rubrik Engineering develops and delivers the Sizing application and related tools which form a critical part of the Rubrik Sales process. The application is used by our Sales teams to provide Rubrik solution proposals for prospective customers or expansion opportunities. The core mission of the team is build a platform for Sizing </p>
<ul>
<li>Enabling Product & Engineering teams to quickly onboard new products & features</li>
<li>An intuitive application for Sales Engineers to build Rubrik proposals for prospective & existing customers</li>
<li>Leverage product analytics and AI for best in class data-driven sizing methodology</li>
</ul>
<p>The team works in close collaboration with Engineering teams, Product Managers and Sales Engineers</p>
<h2><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></h2>
<p>As the Senior Engineering Manager for the Rubrik Sizing team, you will spearhead the technical roadmap, strategy and execution for developing and enhancing the Sizing application and platform. Your responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Sizing Product Manager to build and execute the roadmap </li>
<li>Partner with Engineering team and Product managers to add new Rubrik products and features to sizing application </li>
<li>Manage engineering, release management, production deployment, support & monitoring </li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></h2>
<p>You are a highly motivated and results-oriented leader with a deep passion for enterprise products, building and nurturing high-performing teams, delivering high quality software and customer experience. </p>
<p><strong>You bring: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the software industry, including significant hands-on experience in developing and successfully delivering enterprise-grade products as both an individual contributor and a manager.</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading and managing teams of software or systems engineers with a strong track record of successfully delivering high-quality enterprise product releases.</li>
<li>Experience in distributed systems, front end and backend development </li>
<li>Experience in AI/ML technologies, data analytics & building AI based products</li>
</ul>
