Position: Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Processor
Salary range: PHP 70,000 – PHP 80,000 (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine Time
Work set-up: 100% Remote work
Holidays: Australian Holidays
OVERVIEW
As a Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Processor, you will support our brokers in preparing and submitting loan applications. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take detailed call notes from brokers and package loan applications for submission.
- Review client documents for completeness and follow up with customers for any additional requirements.
- Perform data entry into MyCRM and rename documents in Google Drive for easy reference.
- Order credit reports and flag any lending concerns.
- Review bank statements for potential red flags, including undisclosed liabilities, bounced payments, negative balances, and verify living expenses.
- Convert broker handovers into detailed lending submission notes, completing game plans and Apply Online (AOL) for submissions.
- Submit applications and upload all required supporting documentation.
- Maintain 100% file compliance and assist with audit reviews.
- Conduct pricing and valuation research for loan submissions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working in an Australian mortgage brokerage.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance in all documentation.
- Proficiency with business software including:
- MyCRM
- Quickli
- Trello (phasing out)
- Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- File Invite
- Ability to review and interpret financial statements and lending criteria.
